The Exhibition:

/Meet us in a momentum surrounded in the magic of presens, rituals and us the humanity.

We want to move you, feel change and grow.

We put it on our hands and you the viewer to pray for movement.

 

You will be offered a conceptual exhibition where abstract meets concrete.

Where mantra take shape.

Where reality is given space and social media ends its illusions.

Through body and psyche, with video, audio/voice installations we wish you welcome to a

today that makes us look back at yesterday/

 

The Artists:

Christina Sassner; Malmöbased sculptor och poet.

By working with the unpredictable material stoneware clay I find inspiration in organic

matter and ever changing shapes from nature and the human body.

In the exhibition everyday life and the minds power takes place in relation to the body of

society normalised rituals.

The ongoing digging that trigger and calms; this forms through sound images and

sculptural installations.

As the state of society becomes increasingly troubling and a sense of powerlessness

settles into daily life.

— This is explored through a grid of magical thinking and natural elements. Through video

projections and installations, the potency of ritual is interpreted. Can we evoke change

without stagnating in repetitive patterns?

When I travel I find myself the calmest, as if I stand still.

I find my Zen.This is My ritual.

By preparing and transporting I’m whole.

Constantly searching and questioning.

Whats the purpose with my goal?

Am I choosing flight over fight.

Am I trying to reach home or do I escape.
